Charles Lindbergh's Flight
Students:
Post your thoughts, reactions and reflections on recreating Charles Lindbergh's solo flight from New York to Paris.
Charles Lindbergh's flight was sooooooooooooo much fun!! it was really fun when you sprayed us with your water bottle just like charles would have been thruogh. (only he couldn't controll it.)
I think that the flight was a great idea! It was such a fun activity to do. (except for the cramped spaces) Many people were great at dressing up as Charles Lindbergh and acting like him during the "trip". Having the fans and the lights made the trip more enjoyable. Mr. T did a great job narrating the slide show and spraying water in our faces. I love to do activities like these and can't wait to do the soup kitchen next.
I think it was was really fun~ I enjoyed dressing up and pretend to take flight. I think after the flight Charles A. Lindbergh had REALLY sore hands because my hands were all sore after the flight although it was a short while. Charles A. Lindbergh must have really have felt cold because during the short time i began to get cold of the fan blowing at me, I was lucky though that I wasn't righ near the fan although I wanted to be. I can't wait till we have the soup kitchen it sounds fun like the Lindbergh's Flight! - Christine

Charles Lindberghs flight was so cool to feel like you were him. i would never want to do what he did. i would never last in a plane for 33.5 hours. BuT in all i had a great time
I thought that Charles Linburg day was very fun. I liked how the desks where upside down. It was a very good experiance, and I can't wait to see what we are doing next!
Charles Lindbergh day was okay. I think we should have been able to fly real planes!!! Just kidding=). It really taught us what difficulties he really survived. Like peeing in a cup. I liked it when Joey spray painted his cup to make it look like pee.
